About Lorna:

Lorna is a warm, intuitive counsellor who creates a safe space for teens and young adults to feel heard, respected, and supported. With extensive experience in schools and colleges — and as a parent of teenagers herself — she deeply understands the pressures facing young people today. Using evidence-based strategies, gentle questioning, and practical self-care tools, Lorna helps clients process challenges like exam pressure, panic attacks, friendship conflict, and low mood. Her training includes specialist work around self-harm and suicidal feelings — no thought or emotion is ever too much to bring to her sessions.

Client Reflections:

“I haven’t had a panic attack in six months. She gave me a way to unpick my thoughts and actually breathe again.”

“Lorna’s super kind and totally non-judgy. Some sessions even included laughs — I never expected that from counselling.”
