The Guiding Light of Aspire2Shine; Alison Stewart

Aspire2Shine is driven by the vision of Alison Stewart, a passionate educator with a remarkable 25 years of experience in education.

Having successfully led and taught in all five key stages of education, from the formative years of Nursery to the crucial Year 13, Alison possesses a profound understanding of a child's learning and development journey.

Following her tenure as Senior Deputy Head at a thriving Oxfordshire independent school, Alison's dedication to youth empowerment didn't wane.  She embarked on a mission to continue fostering academic success and personal growth in young minds through Aspire2Shine.  Furthermore, she's currently pursuing a degree in counselling, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to student well-being.

Beyond Alison's impressive leadership roles – Head of Primary, Head of Safeguarding & Pastoral Care, and Senior Deputy – her experience extends to working with children of all ages (3-18). This comprehensive perspective allows her to build a team of tutors and mentors who share her vision and possess the skills to cater to diverse needs.
