About Jake:

Jake is a First-Class Geography graduate from the University of Leeds with a passion for helping young people develop confidence and achieve their academic potential. Having earned outstanding A Level results in Government & Politics, Geography and Economics, he combines excellent subject knowledge with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and education.

During his university placement, Jake taught Geography to both GCSE and A Level students, where he developed engaging lessons tailored to different learning styles and abilities. His recent experience in education means he understands the challenges students face and is able to explain complex ideas in a clear, relatable way.

Jake believes that effective tutoring is about far more than simply covering content. By adapting lessons to each student's individual needs, encouraging curiosity and building self-confidence, he helps learners become independent thinkers who are well equipped for exam success and beyond.
