About Ally:

Ally is a compassionate, child-centred counsellor who works with children, young people, and adults to help them navigate life's emotional challenges with confidence and resilience. Drawing on her background in nursing and counselling, she creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.

Ally has extensive experience supporting young people through anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, friendship difficulties, family changes, and school-related concerns. She also works with adults, including parents who are seeking support through the complexities of family life. Recognising that every individual is unique, Ally tailors her approach to each client, using creative and play-based techniques with children where these help them express themselves more comfortably.
